Surviving the holidays

This is a stand alone, special event to help those who have lost a loved one think ahead about the holiday season. The Thanksgiving and Christmas season can be difficult, this event offers coping tools and support for those grieving. If you’ve been curious about what Grief Share is and what it’s all about, this meeting would also be a great opportunity to check it out with no commitment. No need to register, just come.
yog summer trips
The sign ups are live for the YoG Summer Mission Trips. The VBS trip is for incoming 7-9th graders and the St Louis trip is for incoming 9-12th graders. For more info on either trip you can reach out to Tyler ([email protected]). There are scholarships available!
Angel Tree School Drive
The start of a new school year is an exciting time for kids! Let’s make it exciting for Angel Tree caregivers as well by alleviating some of the financial burden August can bring.
Throughout July, we’ll collect backpacks and school supplies. In August, we’ll host a Back to School Event for the kids and their families, and give them brand new backpacks stocked with just the right supplies for each child.
All supplies and backpacks are due back Sunday, July 26.
From Garden to Glory Summer Book Study
There will be 2 discussion times during the week:
- We will begin the week of June 14th and go through July.
- The first week will be an introduction, and then we’ll read two chapters per week.
- There is no registration, just come!
- You will need to order your own book.
